Hello,
Through its disclosure regarding a “30% or greater change in revenue or profit structure (15% for large corporations),” OSCOTEC announced that it recorded consolidated revenue of KRW 99.84 billion and operating profit of KRW 52.08 billion in 2025.
Revenue increased by 193.5% from KRW 34.08 billion in 2024, while the company’s operating result returned to profitability.
OSCOTEC is the original developer of Lazcluze® (lazertinib), a treatment for EGFR mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer. The combination therapy of Yuhan Corporation’s Lazcluze and Janssen’s Rybrevant® (amivantamab) received marketing approval in Japan and China in March and July 2025, respectively. The company’s 2025 results therefore included commercialization milestone payments, as well as royalties generated by the continued growth in prescription volumes in Korea and overseas.
In December 2025, OSCOTEC also licensed ADEL-Y01 (ADEL-01), a tau-targeting Alzheimer’s disease drug candidate, to global healthcare company Sanofi. The upfront payment received under this agreement was reflected in the company’s 2025 revenue.
