Founded in 1998, Oscotec Inc. is a Korea-based biotechnology company dedicated to discovering and developing innovative medicines. We identify disease-relevant mechanisms, validate drug–target–disease hypotheses, and advance the most promising candidates toward clinical proof-of-concept. Our capabilities span internal drug discovery, translational research, and clinical development, extended through open innovation and global partnerships.

This approach has translated our science into globally meaningful therapeutic opportunities. Lazertinib, a third-generation EGFR inhibitor discovered by Oscotec, is approved in major markets for EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer. Cevidoplenib, a next-generation oral SYK inhibitor for immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) was out-licensed for worldwide development and commercialization. Adel-Y01, an anti-tau antibody for Alzheimer's disease, is advancing through a global partnership as well.
