In October 2026, Oscotec Inc. joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) as part of its commitment to advancing sustainable management practices and strengthening corporate social responsibility. The UNGC is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative led by the United Nations. Through this membership, the Company aims to integrate the Ten Principles of the UNGC—covering four key areas: human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption—into its business operations and strengthen its efforts to contribute to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Going forward, the Company will continue to promote responsible corporate management and transparently communicate its sustainability initiatives through the implementation of the UNGC Ten Principles and the regular submission of the COP (Communication on Progress).
